As part of an upgrade of an existing cheese plant, IDS was asked to develop a Curd Distribution Tank.
The new CDT was to accommodate the addition of a new blockformer into the existing line, while allow for the reintroduction of sample blocks back into the product line without interrupting product flow. IDS designed, manufactured and supplied the cyclone above to receive curd, the CDT itself to feed the blockformers and the new platform meeting AS1657-2018 standards to access the reused block breaker. The system overall was designed to meet or exceed AS4024.
