In mid 2024, IDS was approached to design and build a cheddar machine for a repeat customer this time with an end user in India.
The machine is capable of producing over 5T/hr of cheese and when installed alongside our customers other equipment, form part of a new cheddar cheese making plant.
Unique to this machine is an above belt fines saver to increase yield, and added previsions to allow the customer to change not only recipes but cheese styles to allow them to provide a wider range of cheese to their customers.
